Yours received; in answer, I am foreman of the American Bank Note Co. Machinery Dept.; I work on printing machinery of all descriptions; company manufactures all its special machinery designs; we make all our tools; have run all kinds of tools, but last few years have been involved in floor work, erecting machinery and seeing that it works properly; I do not profess to be a tool maker but have made many tools in my time; profess to be a first class mechanic; have no experience as a designer of machinery, but carry through others' ideas; do "not know anything about electric machinery"; worked 15 years in a general repair shop; am 34 years old.
