Editor's Notes
[Letterhead: The Eastern Telegraph Company Limited] Graduated in June from MIT in department of mechanical engineering and would like a job; course included thorough training in mathematics, mehanism steam and hydraulic engineering, applied mechanics, experimental work on engines boilers pumps, etc., tests of the strength of materials, and a complete course in shop work.###Am now employed by Ames Mfg. Co. of Chicopee [unindexed] as a draughtsman but "also spent a little time in their shops"; Ames doesn't offer a good chance to use my training or of advancement; would like job in your new lab, which I read about in the newspaper; Prof. Gaetano Sauga [unindexed] of my dept. at MIT can attest to my record as a student; I can furnish personal references.
