TAE asks Dyer to look into matter, and, if he thinks it alright, to send the following cablegram to "NOSIDE, LONDON. All right; expect to send Hamilton first of year with half-dozen machines." TAE instructs to send above message along with attached cablegram to the Sup't of the Direct U.S. Cable Co., L't'd.
