- Tate informs Gililland that Queen has inquired of TAE the price and possible discount on the phonograph and whether they can represent the Phonograph Co. in Philadelphia. Tate suggests that even if Gilliland already has an agent in Philadelphia that some arrangement with them would be of benefit. Tate writes that he has informed Queen that Galliland will contact them direct.
