"There's a Pair of Japanese here in search of a Central Station. I had a long talk with them and think they are very favorably impressed -- But -- they now learn that they must deal with Frazer & Co. & they don't like it. I promised to write you & ascertain if you could be dealt with direct. They will call on me tomorrow [--] for reply. Please telegraph I should advise that [------] deal with them & settle with Frazer & Co behind the scene"
