"I enclose herewith a third copy of the recent contract executed between yourself, the Lamp Company and this Company, which the Lamp Company desire to retain for their files. Will you kindly sign where I have indicated and return this to me at your earliest convenience. Please also write your initials in the margin of Page 6 opposite your printed name. I enclose an envelope properly stamped and directed to me. Would also enclose a pen and a bottle of ink, but I find that it is contrary to the regulations of the Post Office Department."
