- Editor's Notes
- "Your favor of 26th saying it would be some little time before you would be able to supply us any 50 or 100 C. P. new type lamps is received and I trust you will make the little time as short as possible. ## We are still experiencing short life on the 'new lamp' and what is much less excusable we find many of them short circuited in fact I believe we have had over a hundred out of the few thus far installed, how this can occur if the lamps are tested in your factory I cannot understand, and I have now given orders to have these imperfect lamps preserved and returned to you hereafter, fromour experience in this particular I am led to believe that many of the lamps shipped from your factory are not tested at all."
