- Title
- [D8736ACZ], Letter from Samuel Insull to Alfred Ord Tate, July 21st, 1887
- Editor's Notes
- "I have again to complain of my requests not being attended to. When I left you on Monday, you promised faithfully to see the Sprague Co. and send me word as to whether you could get any money from them, so that it would reach here this morning by the latest; if you could nto get money you were to get paper. All mail that we can possibly receive from New York until to-morrow morning, has arrived, and there is nothing whatever here from you. These matters are extremely exasperating and absolutely inexcusable."
