"I have made on eof the experiments on the effect on the armature of the charge and discharge of the magnet of our new style dynamos. The enclosed is a report on the test explaining it. I have only made it on the '1' dynamo at present, but send you these figures as it may take several days more to get the others. I do not know if you want the charge or discharge after a very short time, if so I will have to make a special arrangement for it. ## I send you the actual readings so that you can see how much error there is likely to be in each case."
