Editor's Notes: "You may remember that some time ago you have me a copy of the English record in the suit on the Filament patent. I have been recently reading the decision of the English court of appeals in the case on the Sawyer-Mann patent. I think you mentioned once that you had a copy of the record in the case also; if you have will you kindly send it in to me as I am very anxious to examine the testimony. I consider it important to the proper trial of the case here that I should post myself in regard to the testimony in the English suit on this Sawyer-Mann patent."
