[Letterhead: Jarvis Engineering Co.] Would like to know if an engineer is currently employed at the plant in Orange. If not he has one in mind that also can work as an electrician. Apologizes for being late on the work but they cannot leave their mason there because he is in much demand. Asks if they will allow the mason to put in the dynamo foundation at the same rate as the estimated engine foundation. Also asks if they will be putting in the grates that came with the boiler of if they will go with the Sheffield grates? If they can send the plans for the Dynamo foundations he will go see Vail about them.
