Editor's Notes: "Regarding the accompanying we have to say, that if our contract with the Edison Electric Light Co. does not give us the right to refuse to estimate on portions of patented apparatus if the balance is made elsewhere, and we are given no opportunity to make the same, then we will estimate on and offer to make the apparatus wanted by Prof. Marks.
