The editors of the Record wish formally to thank you for your liberal contribution as it will do much to improve upon the public the great and immediate need of a conveyance for the sick and injured [?] Since taking the subscription in hand we have learned the most distressing stories of suffering occasion by the need of an ambulance [unclear].
