"A fair under the auspices & the benefit of the 3rd National Guard N.J. is about to be held at the Armory, beginning Oct. 22nd and ending Oct. 26. I have been appointed a Committee to solicit subscriptions in the way of cut flowers and I would kindly ask if you on any of the above mentioned days could spare some cut flowers or plants for such a good cause.
