“I believe that you are the President of the Edison Ore & Milling Co. I attach a letter from Eaton in regard to his claim against the Ore Milling Co. for disbursements.” I think Eaton’s suggestion in regards to a friendly lawsuit is premature, and it would be better if he would simply submit his claim and have it acknowledged by the Board of Directors of the Ore Milling Co. As neither myself nor TAE hold office in the Ore Milling Co., I have not replied to Eaton, but place the matter in your hands.
