- Very many thanks for your letter of 31st ult. I am very busy fitting up my laboratory right now, but Mrs. Edison and TAE will be pleased to avail ourselves of your invitation. We will be very happy to have you visit our home in Orange. I would like to show you my laboratory which has many things that will interest you. I am glad to note your successes in efforts to make Cornell the great center for instruction in electricity.
