- Editor's Notes
- I went to town this morning to attend as a witness in a suit against the Edison Electric Light Co. Russell and myself are the only witnesses they have for the defence.##I saw Mr. Taylor of the Cold & Stock, and he showed me a copy of a contract which you executed on Nov. 18th, 1880. We have no claim against them as the $14,000 in the contract has been paid to us in full.##In reference of Col. Gouraud's complaint regarding delay in the matter of sending him copes of contracts, Col. Gouraud is receiving every attention and his matters are being expedited ato as great an extent as possible.
