Title
[D8818ABY], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Sigmund Bergmann, January 28th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I have made arrangements with the Lamp Co., the Machine Works, and the Light Co. for weekly advances to cover the cost of my experimental work. I want now to arrange with you for an advance of $150 per week to cover the proportion of pay roll, material &c. which will be vhargeable against Bergmann & Co. for experiments conducted in their interests."##I am obliged to have such an arrangement, as I cannot myself furnish capital to carry on work for the shops and the Light Co."
