- "Your letter of the 6th inst., addressed to TAE, has come during the absence of the latter in Chicago where he went yesterday to attend the convention Edison Ill. Companies."##Sir Fred'k Bramwell cabled TAE some time ago, asking for apparatus for use in connection with a lecture. TAE expected to send an experimenter to England, with a phonograph, but delays with the phonograph have interfered with TAE's calculations.
