Title
[D8818ADA], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to George Frederick Barker, February 7th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Your letter of the 6th inst., addressed to TAE, has come during the absence of the latter in Chicago where he went yesterday to attend the convention Edison Ill. Companies."##Sir Fred'k Bramwell cabled TAE some time ago, asking for apparatus for use in connection with a lecture. TAE expected to send an experimenter to England, with a phonograph, but delays with the phonograph have interfered with TAE's calculations.
