- re your June 6th, re educating young men as Phonograph Inspectors, you are wrong partially in your assumption. I propose to educate mechanics, so each agency could be provided with one mechanic; this mechanic to teach as many men as required at the agency. If I attempt educating directly myself I would require the whole Lab. Thirty good men are all that would be necessary; these could teach a thousand and afterwards be cheap at repair shops &c.
