New name mention: Theo. Lemke. This will be handed to you by Lemke, who has recently been connected with the German Edison Company. He had charge of the official reports in connection with the Munich exhibition of that Company and seems to be well posted in electrical matters. # Lemke desires to form a connection with some electrical journal on this side of the water, and thinking that perhaps his services might be useful to yourselves I have given him this letter of introduction.
