- Title
- [D8818AOL], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Charles Turner Hughes, July 3rd, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- Too bad you didn't write earlier regarding the Phonograph agency. "Gilliland, the Gen'l Agent of the Edison Phonograph Co., has been arranging State agencies for the past 3 months. I do not know that he has made final arrangements for the territory that you desire to exploit, but the chances are that he has." Indicates that he will try his best to process his claim, then describes the building of the factory for phonograph production, to be completed in 30 days (and able to produce 200 units a day).
