- TAE asks me to say in reply to your letter July 20th that there is hardly anything in chemistry that he has not tried in connection with the tobacco. He will, however, put a couple of men at work on this subject again and try it for a few months longer. Kindly send forward such samples of tobacco that you think would aid him in his experiment.
