"Know all men by these prsents: That I, Thomas A. Edison, do hereby constitute and appoint Alfred O. Tate, my attorney and agent for me, and in my name, place and stead to vote as my proxy at any meeting of the Stockholders of the Wesyman Furnace Company, Limited, or at any adjournments thereof.
