Title
[D8822AAA], Letter from James E Browne to Thomas Alva Edison, January 12th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"If your new Laboratory is ready, I am ready. I think there is something in the explosive I wrote you about some time since. At least you can easily tell when I explain the scheme to you (personally only) ### I hae just closed contract for 5000 lights Westinghouse system for this place. Your agent called some time since but did not call again, should have preferred dealing with your Co if possible. ### If you have any good article or scheme wherein I can be of service by pushing it in New York I should like to take hold with you again. ### My N.Y. address is 55 Broadway but would prefer to have you address me here for the present." Ever yours, J.E. Browne
