"Will you please inform me if anything has been done about the Lamps sent you. I am negotiating a sale of Bonds and majority of the stock of the Tesla Co to N.Y. partners and if anything can be done with you in regard to manufacturing on a Royalty for your own use the said lamp-I would like it doesn by our directors before the Company changes hands thereby securing you the right if you want it.
