Title
[D8828ABF], Letter from Shipton Green to Edison Electric Light Co, April 20th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I am in receipt of your letter dated 29th March last in which you decline to to take charge of the wood brought by Messr. Singlehurst Brocklehurst for you’re a/c in accordance with a verbal understanding with you Mr. Hannington. ### I have since received the mentioned letter from Messr. Singlehurst Brocklhurst by which you will see then was apparantly no reminder standing on their part. Now as the [unclear] is not of the slightest value except for the purpose to which you would apply it I think taking all the circumstances into consideration it would only be fair + just for you to take charge of it and know their [unclear] on you for invoice amount say #1098.00 which I now enclose, take the shipping amount."
