[from East Newark] "I enclose you two fibres said to come from the Yucca tribe of plants. ### They came into my possession some time ago. ### I enclsoe also a woodcut of a variety of yucca said to be abundant in S. Cal. ### Whether the cut shows truth or not you will be able to judge." Yours very truly, John W.
