"By the direction of Mr. Frank McGowan I have this day been able to sent down to past 16 bundles with 89 early Bamboo to the care of my agents Messrs. [unclear] + Co. my [unclear] for shipment to your address which I hope will reach you is past time and [unclear]. ### Mr. McGowan is [unclear] the [unclear] and [unclear] will, and I represent a furthere, and better picked supply of the same material to go as by the [unclear] steamer offspring [unclear] services this way.
