Title
[D8828ADI], Letter from Edison Electric Light Co, Frank Seymour Hastings to Arthur Edwin Kennelly, November 20th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I enclose herewith a letter from Mr. Harold P. Brown which is self-explanatory. As you will observe this is a matter of very great importance but one with which I do not like to trouble Mr. Edison as I know ust how busy he is. As you are entirely familiar with what has already been done in this line, and presuming upon the uniform courtesy which you have extended to us in these matters I address you personally on this subject knowing that if necessary you will consult Mr. Edison for us. I expect to see Mr. Brown tomorrow (Wednesday), so that I shall hope to see your reply by that time if possible. If you can conveniently afford us the facilities for conducting this experiment, which wil be practically in the interests of the Medical Society, I will have Mr. Brown arrange to obtain the necessary animal and will ask him to communicate direct with you on the subject. Thanking you in advance I remain," Yours very truly, F. Hastings Secty & Treas.
