Editor's Notes
"As the Standardizing Bureau may from time to time be charnged on your books with more or less labor and material in carrying out experimental work, please arrange to have a bill of any such charges sent to us promptly on the first day of each month, covering all charges, say, at least as late as the 25th. Of the month preceeding. This will enable us to know exactly how much outlay the company is making in this Department in all its work. Your attention to this matter will oblige."
