"We started a central station plant here July 4 1888 on the 15th inst at 9.30 p.m. by the light of a William W 16 c.f. Mrs. Wm S. Truman, wife of our engineer and superintendent was delivered of a bouncing boy, No 8. He now bears the proud distinction of being named Edison Freeman.
