"I have your letter of the 10th inst. I believe Babcock boilers and 160 lbs. pressure high speed engines and good engineers with good pay, 1000 ampere machines with a margin in them for three hours of 1200 amperes and an extra 30 volts that is 140 volts to take care of future improvements in high resistance lamps."
