"I have your favor of April 3rd., and enclose you herewith Two (2) Notes payable to the order of Thomas A. Edison, amounting to $4,135.39, as requested. You will please get Mr. Edison's endorsement on these and send them to The Babcock & Wilcox Company. ### The only items now unpaid in yours of February 3rd., is the amount of Messrs. J. H. Bunnell & Company's bill, and Messrs. Keuffel & Esser's bill. The former will be cleared off very soon, as we have arranged with Messrs. J. H. Bunnell & Company to take it out in goods.
