"Mr. Navarro has turned over the management of the Edison Spanish Colonial Company to Mr. Aurelio Arango. Mr. Navarro has given Mr. Arango a letter to me in order that he may become posted in regard to cost $c. As we have no rights in the West Indies and have no authority to give any figures, I have been unable to give Mr. Arango any information.
