[TAE marg: Say that I am unable to Exhibit on account of all apparatus going to Paris."] "A Committee has recently been formed for promiting an Electrical and Industrial Exhibition to be held in Bingly Hall Birmingham during the months of August, September, and October of next year. # It is intended to devote the proceeds of the Exhibition after payment of the expenses incidental thereto and its management for the benefit of the General and Queens Hospitals of the City. # The Exhibition will be supported by the most eminent Electricians and Scientists of the day and no effort will be spared to make it the most successful of its kind. # We have pleasure to enclose for your perusal an epitome of the proposed Exhibits. # Under these circumstance we ask if we may have the honor of placing your name in the list of the Patrons of the Exhibition."
