Title
[D8845AAH], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Brewer (Charles) & Co, March 10th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"30% Magnetic of which I enclose sampe. Sand 40% ### The magentic is worth about $5.00. This is the finest steel ore in the world. ### Our machine will separate 100 tons of this in 24 hours leaving the gold in the clean sand. We have no means aof getting the gold from the sand in separation, but what I find under the microscope is very clean and it would possibly pay to run the sand over amalgamating plates and blankets or Vaining machines." Signed Thos. A. Edison [see copy of typed letter reply based on this letter written by Dickinson: D8818AGH]
