"We received in due course your favor of 12th ult, in which you stated that the plant referred to would not be ready for a week or two from that twice. ### We have not heard from you since that. As we are desirous of making a report to our correspondent by the mail leaving here 25th inst. For New Zealand we have to ask you again if the plant is ready for us to see it in operation."
