"Mr. T.A. Edison made an appointment with me to come here this morning; he was to have met me at Orange depot at 9:50 I spent two days at Dover + showing Mr. Edison a number of those mines. At his request I sent a barrel of ore from the [unclear] Oak Mine to be concentrated, and I have come to [unclear] process by his invitation and request." Yours truly, S.B. Patterson
