- In the matter of the interferenc with Mr. Dickerson, I would say that all the proceedings have been upon conference with the Western Union Telegrah Col and since the receipt of your favor of 7 inst I have seen Mr. Buckingham and he states that it is the wish of the W.U. Co. that the testimony of both parties be put in on this case, so as to determine who is entitled to the patent.##I will apply for a further extention of time for taking your testimony. Can you give any day this week?
