If you concur to allow me to vote your [unclear] for th purposes mentioned please fill me only of the [unclear] blanks and have it notarised; and to fullure assure yourself put in the proxy wahtever stipulation you please so I can do the two tings viz. vote on [unclear] reports and [unclear] of that kind, and vote to liquididate the affairs of the Co. if it is so concluded."
