- "I send by Kidde certificate book, seal and stamp "issued for property purchased" of the phonograph company. Also Agreement of Stockholders pooling stock. I have enclosed by certificate as follow 145 shares to you as trustee [unclear] pool agreement and 5 shares to myself. This should be [unclear] in each case. ### Every certificate should have the seal of the Company and also the samp issued for property [unclear] on it. ### I consider it of the utmost importance that you should keep accounts of the pool and look after details strictly." [Tat Marginalia: "Edison does not sell any of the stock reserved for stockholders of old Phono Co. Be careful of this."]
