- Editor's Notes
- "You will remember when Pultizer sailed for Europe you then expected to have 3 machines with which you were going to send to Germany and told men to tell the world folks that you would exhibit one to Pulitzer and his friends as my time was short I sent Bruch up to see them to say if they would let me know where Putlizer was in Europe I would call on him and arrange for him to use the Phonograph. It appears they misunderstood your original proposition and are a little put out about it. I am sorry for this as I wanted keep in with them for reasons which you will understand. I send this to you that you may know of the facts and if you have an opportunity to smooth things over with them I hope you will do so." Yours truly, Gill
