Title
[D8848AEP], Letter from Sherburne Blake Eaton to Thomas Alva Edison, November 10th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Persuant to Mr. Tate's request contained in his letter of the 2nd. Inst., I beg to acknowledge the receipt of certified copies of Resolutions passed by the Board of Directors of the Edison Phonograph Works, and by the Board of Directors of the Edison Phonograph Company, severally, at their respective meetings held on October 24th, 1888, approving the execution of certain agreements with Mr. Lippincott, and others referred to in said Resolutions. ### I am daily expecting to receive copies of similar Resolutions from Mr. Bush, passed by the North American Phonograph Co. Mr. Bush and Mr. Lippincott are so busy that it seems almost impossible to get them to attend to details of this sort." Very truly yours, S.B. Eaton
