- Title
- [D8850AAH], Letter from Samuel Insull to Alfred Ord Tate, January 19th, 1888
- Editor's Notes
- "I have your favor of 18th inst. With relation to disclaiming the Phonograph in England. If you can give me the date when the Disclaimer was made, or rather Disclaimers, as I think there were two of them, I could probably put you on the track of the correspondence. It is either filed away in boxes amongst Mr. Edison's papers, or else it is in Col. Gouraud's hands in London. If you can fix the date for me I will tell you what you want." Very truly yours, Saml Insull
