Editor's Notes
[Legible typed transcription follows] What can be the delay! Three weeks ago you cabled 'Hamilton will sail in few days.' I can only account for it on the ground that you have seen your aim towards some great improvement or economy in manufacture......" If the delay is to be lon "I shall run over to see you and settle as to the Manufacturing Co., the papers of which I shall hope to receive today. The patents for case 84 are issued for France, Belgium and Turkey." DON'T DELAY HAMILTON!
