- Editor's Notes
- "This afternoon I received a letter from my father stating that he understands Gouruad is making a "great deal of money" by exhibiting the phonograph. I do not think the contract provides for such a think so I have asked Eaton to report on this point. It does not seem [unlear] that Gouruad should drag Edion to the show business and pocket all the proceeds. No such thing would have been allowed if the subect had come up at the time the agreement was discussed.. This is a point we must go for the galliant Colonel on when the time comes. Show this to Mr. Edison." Yours truly, Saml Insull
