Title
[D8850AEA], Letter from Abram Stevens Hewitt to Thomas Alva Edison, November 13th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"In compliance with your request, I called yesterday at 160 Broadway, but the gentleman in charge was so much occupied that he could not give me any attention. I am so busy myself that I can not go there a second time, and therefore I am afraid that Colonel Gouraud's request will have to be slighted, although I have no wish to refuse any request which either he or you may make of me." Yours sincerely, Abram S. Hewitt Mayor
