Title
[D8856ADL], Letter from Queen (James W.) & Co to Thomas Alva Edison, October 16th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"You will doubtless be pleased to hear that the Folkar & Standard Thermometer ordered by you for your Laboratory some time ago, and which it was doubtful if the maker could furnish has arrived, and will be forwarded to you as soon as possible. Our agent writes us that Folkard being at the head of a large Gas Company has not the time to devote to the manufacture of these thermometers that he otherwise would, and so there was this delay. ### Hoping that this will be satisfactory to you, we remain" very Respectfully, James W.
