In accordance with your request I send the following accounts(?) about our Phelps Motor Battery. # In use -- 4 cells -- 6 vis(?) by 9 vis(?) wide inside -- regular Carbon (Electroporion?) Cells -- Runs a Phelps Motor 2 days without renewal -- working steadily 6 1/2 hours each day - (It would run longer but the third day is risky) -- Internal R. of each cell 125 ohm - E.F. of each cell 1.8 volts. R. of wires and motor (quiet) done, battery off = .35 ohm. Current, when battery is new, closed [----] motor, quiet = about 8 amps. Current when battery is new, closed [----] motor, running = 5 amps. Current at end of two days run, closed [----] motor quiet = 4.6 amps. Current, when battery is new, closed [----] motor, running 2@4 amps.
